Registering

To Register your child for Camp Monakiwa, please complete the following steps:

1. Complete the pre-registration form and hit send.
2. Print out and complete the application form and mail it to:          Camp Monakiwa

3. Read Camp Monakiwa's Code of Ethics.
4. Please print and complete the health information forms.
5. Print the map or make arrangements for transportation for your camper.
6. Print off the equipment list.
