Thank you for choosing Camp Monakiwa to host your camper's summer camping experience. There are several steps to complete the full registration process:

  1. Complete the following pre-registration form and hit send.
  2. Print out and complete the application form and mail it to:                            Camp Monakiwa

         Lubbock, TX 79408
  3. Read Camp Monakiwa's Code of Ethics.
  4. Please print and complete the health information forms.
  5. Print the map or make arrangements for transportation for your camper.
  6. Print off the equipment list.

Please complete the following form to allow us to pre-register your camper. Please be sure to enter the correct age, as well as t- shirt size that way we can better prepare for the camping season. Please be sure to fill out everything on the form, so we can better serve you. By pre-registering your camper you agree to a $50 non-refundable deposit.
