Directions from South of Las Vegas: (printable directions)
Take I-25 north 339 to Romeroville. Once on the exit ramp, you will turn right on the over pass, then a quick left turn placing you on the frontage road. You will see several mobile homes on your right, and soon the railroad tracks. Follow this road past the first left turn option, which goes over the interstate and takes you back to Romeroville and a south bound direction back to I 25. (If you miss the exit, take the next exit, which is the first one for Las Vegas, come to the stop and make a right turn. Next, another right turn to get you heading south on the frontage road back to the turn off.) Once you pass the first overpass, you’ll come to a second left turn overpass which is marked Mineral Hill Route/San Geronimo. You will also see a brown sign for Camp Blue Haven. THIS IS YOUR TURN! As you turn left you will head west. On your right is the San Miguel County Courts and Detention Center. A propane company will be on your left. Note your odometer as you come across the overpass.
All notations in these directions start with the odometer at 0 from the overpass. This road is State Highway 283.

We have seen bears, mountain lions, skunks, horses, elk, deer, porcupines, raccoons, dogs and cats, and children on the road to camp. Please be watchful for your and their safety.
